Evening Therapy Sessions: Making Support Work for Your Schedule
Finding time for therapy can be one of the biggest challenges for couples — especially when life is already full to the brim. Between work, caregiving, and personal commitments, it can feel like there’s simply no space to invest in your relationship.
Evening therapy, especially for couples, can feel more sustainable and spacious.
That’s why one of the things I’ve built into my practice is flexibility - including evening appointments that work across US time zones. This is especially helpful for those looking for an RLT (Relational Life Therapy) therapist.
Whether you’re in PST, MST, or EST, I offer select evening slots that fit around your life, not the other way around.
These sessions are available online, which makes showing up for the work a little easier. You can log in from the comfort of your home - no commutes, no stress. And for many couples, that makes all the difference when you’re trying to prioritise therapy amid a demanding schedule.
Why timing matters in couples therapy
Evening sessions tend to be when couples can arrive most fully, rather than rushing between tasks, not mentally ticking off the to-do list. There's more space to reflect, to connect, and to bring your whole self to the process. For many of my clients, evening therapy feels more accessible, grounding, and sustainable long-term.
If you're based in North America and looking for a therapist who understands both your relationship and your calendar, know that I’ve designed my practice to meet you there.
Working together from anywhere
I work with couples across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, and my schedule reflects that. Whether you’re an expat living far from home, navigating time zone differences in your relationship, or simply in need of care that fits into your evening — I’m here to support you.
You don’t have to stretch yourself ever thinner to prioritise therapy. We can work together in a way that’s truly spacious.
Curious about next steps?
If evening sessions across PST, MST or EST would make therapy more doable for you and your partner, I’d love to hear from you. You can learn more about my couples intensives and ongoing work at CouplesAwaken.com, or reach out to book a free consult.
